Reminds me of a county engineer job I had after high school. There was a white guy in his 20s, much like the guy in this video. His dad was the county engineer, and it was assumed Kevin Jr would take his place. But a Cuban guy with better credentials got the job after retirement, and Kevin Jr became basically a slave to the new boss. Kevin! Go get me a hammer! They moved in together a few years ago, and Kevin Jr, who knows what he goes through every day at home
